Sonny is the Founder of New Ways to Learn and brings over 20 years in education, with his last 6 years as Assistant Head at the multi-award winning Djanogly City Academy. At the Academy, Sonny and his team won several awards for the use of technology in the classroom including the Excellence Awards for Leadership & Management and Best Whole School ICT.

 

He has a degree in Computing from Manchester University and a Masters from UMIST in Technology Management which he is putting to good use with teachers delivering the new computing curriculum.

He is an edtech evangelist and is all about improving the way professionals can use technology to engage learners and enliven learning.

His two boys keep him buzzing and are his crash test dummies for all things edtech. Lucky them! :)
