Julia is New Ways to Learn's Business Manager and is responsible for overseeing and supervising our company's activities and employees.

She is an experienced Graphic Designer with exceptional skills in video creation, multimedia and bespoke design. So as well as being responsible for the company finances and HR, she loves 'designing and creating', whether it be a whole website, an animation or a new brochure.

Caroline is our Operations Manager at New Ways to Learn.
She is responsible for the logistics and day-to-day organisational running of our team of staff and associates. Caroline is highly organised and ensures that things run smoothly, ironing out any creases.

Caroline works with our schools to organise and book workshops as well as ensure that they have all the documentation they need so that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
